Established in 1970,  American designer Bill Blass became distinguished for establishing true “American style” by blending simplicity, practicality and elegance to clothe the New York City elite. This specific dress is extremely rare as it was designed for a special collection, carried only at Bergdorf Goodman. While the make and design seems simple, the tailoring of this dress and swoop of the cowl neck is absolutely divine.
